Foot reflexology

Our feet carry the image of our whole body. Exactly defined reflectorial points at the soles of our feet are directly related to organs, the spinal chord and our limbs.
Massaging these points stimulates the self-healing (regulating) forces, supports the reduction of toxines, soothes pain, relaxes or invigorates and supports regeneration.

Craniosacral therapy

The connective tissue links together our bones, muscles, organs, blood vessels and the nervous system.
Craniosacral therapy is based on the phenomenon that the cerebrospinal fluid pulsates and induces light vibrations to the scull, the spine and the sacrum.
By applying light pressure, tension and induration in the connective tissue can be realized and brought back into balance. Thus the craniosacral therapy can be efficiently used to treat pain, stress reduction and sleeping disorders.

Spine therapy

The two most beneficial effects of the classical massage are relaxation and stimulation of the body and the psyche.
Therapist massage supports the blood circulation and subsequently the oxygenation, as well as the transportation of metabolic products.
It can also soothe pain, ease tension and increase the overall wellness.

Manual abdomen treatment

The manual abdomen treatment aims at improving the intestine activity by gently massaging this area. Also, by doing so, the transportation of metabolic products through veins and lymphatic vessels is being supported and the tonus of the intestinal muscles regulated.

Manual lymph drainage

Like a web spun over our body, the lymphatic system is responsible for the detoxification and dehydration of the human organism. With circular movements of the flat hand the therapist stimmulates the lymphatic flow, deals with lymphatic congestions and boosts the immune system.

Detoxification massage

With this treatment the therapist attends to neurolymphatic points in our body. These points do have a reflexology effect on dysfunctional organs. The points are treated as individually required. Detoxification massage advances the purifying process and is accompanied by supporting mild manual abdomen treatments and lymph drainages to achieve a maximum of overall wellness.

Electrolysis footbath

Our body is exposed to an increasing environmental pollution (pollutants in our food, water and air, physical and emotional stress, radiation, …), resulting in a piling up of toxines and pollutants in our system. Often our body cannot deal with this load on its own without supportive measures. Instead of being neutralized and eliminated from body, these wastes are stored in the body tissue. Remaining in our system they burden the whole organism.

There are different ways of supporting the human body in its process of detoxification and purification. It can be through diets or drainage/removal of toxines with phytotherapy, detoxification massage, etc.
The electrolysis foot bath is a physical procedure that supports the body in eliminating metabolic wastes.

The feet are bathed for approx. 30 minutes in ionized water that induces the removal of toxines and bodily by-products. Low electrical charge neutralizes and mobilizes toxic depots, supporting the body to purge itself of metabolic slags.
The organs, especially the kidneys, and the bodily fluids, are being detoxified and the whole organism deacidified. The detoxification often becomes visible through a change of color in the water. Sufficient hydration during and after the electrolysis footbath is crucial.
To achieve best results, it is advised to have the treatment regularily within a certain period of time.

Chair Massage

The health concept “Chair Massage” consists of different pressure and massage techniques, such as classic massage, acupressure, acupuncture massage, reflexology, the Asian shiatsu technique and the trigger point treatment.

This combination offers a particularly effective method for efficient and sustainable treatment for shoulders, neck, back, head, arms and hands. Thereby tensions and blockades (i.e. neck stiffness, back tensions, headaches, “mouse hand”) which are caused by unilateral stress, such as sedentary work, are released. The treatment takes place on a specially designed chair and is conducted with clothes and without oil. This seated setting is also perfectly suitable for women during pregnancy when having difficulties lying in face-down position.
